We are currently seeking Online Platform Native English Instructors to join our growing global community. Job Overview As a UNI Online Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality lessons to learners across the globe. Using UNI’s AI-powered virtual classroom, you will teach students either one-on-one or in small groups, providing a tailored learning experience based on their individual needs. The role requires a deep commitment to student progress, interactive teaching, and consistent communication. Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one or small group lessons tailored to students’ individual goals. • Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons using UNI’s virtual classroom tools. • Customize lessons based on students’ levels and progress. • Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress. • Maintain professionalism in communication and lesson delivery. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in education, subject expertise, or a related field. • Relevant teaching certifications preferred (e.g., TEFL for language instructors). • Online teaching or tutoring experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students. • Proficient in using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing and learning management tools. • Reliable internet and suitable teaching environment. • Adaptable teaching methods for diverse cultural backgrounds. Desirable Qualifications • Experience with international curricula like IB PYP or Cambridge. • Bilingual in English, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
