A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist providing telehealth services within a K-12 school environment in Brainerd, MN. This role focuses primarily on delivering physical therapy interventions with minimal evaluation requirements, allowing for a streamlined workflow.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide physical therapy services remotely to students across grades K-12
ā¢ Collaborate with school staff to support individualized educational plans
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to regulatory standards
ā¢ Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss student progress and therapy strategies
Qualifications:
ā¢ Licensed Physical Therapist with valid credentials to practice in Minnesota
ā¢ Experience delivering services via telehealth preferred
ā¢ Familiarity with school-based physical therapy, including K-12 caseloads
ā¢ Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel
ā¢ Ability to manage a flexible schedule conducive to school hours and student availability
