Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for an Online Personal Trainer/Coach. The Online Personal Trainer/Coach will design and deliver customized fitness programs to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Responsibilities include creating tailored workout plans, providing nutritional guidance, monitoring clients’ progress, and offering support and motivation throughout their fitness journeys. The role also involves conducting virtual fitness sessions and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure accountability and success.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training
• Strong knowledge of Nutrition and ability to create personalized plans
• Experience in Sports Coaching and developing tailored fitness techniques
• Excellent motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Certified personal trainer certification or relevant qualification preferred
• Experience in an online training/coaching environment is a plus
• Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals
