Your responsibilities will include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for pick-up, making product substitutions when necessary, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare merchandise for delivery or pick-up. Consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction with product substitutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines. Compensation & Additional Incentives: Hourly Rate: $15 - $22 per hour. Additional Compensation: Quarterly or annual performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
