Duties

Ā Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in their educational paths and career aspirations.
Ā Conduct scientific research projects with students, encouraging critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
Ā Mentor students individually or in small groups to support their academic growth and personal development.
Ā Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
Ā Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
Ā Strong knowledge of subject matter, particularly in Geometry and Microbiology.
Ā Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting.
Ā Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline while fostering a supportive environment.
Ā Experience in lesson planning and instructional design methodologies.
Ā Ability to conduct scientific research and guide students through experimental processes.
Ā Strong mentoring skills with a passion for helping students succeed academically and personally.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
