Support early intervention strategies for students who may require additional assistance.
Provide literacy education that promotes reading and writing skills among students.
Integrate library services into lesson plans to enhance research skills and encourage a love for reading.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies.
Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational administration practices.
Ability to implement early intervention techniques effectively.
Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, enabling support for diverse learners.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
