Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving the online chat experience and increasing customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic planning skills to identify and implement improvements in the online chat experience
- Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Motivated and confident attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
