Online Live Chat Manager
Job Description:
Gilead Sciences is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must possess a strong sense of independence and dedication, as well as demonstrate leadership and time management... skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee online live chat sessions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
- Monitor chat conversations to ensure they are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.
- Train and supervise a team of chat representatives to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in managing online live chat operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using chat software and customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
