We are currently seeking Online Live Chat Assistants to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service via chat and email. You will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
What Youll Do...
Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with questions about orders, services, and products, provide sales support, and offer discounts when appropriate.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive support and service to customers, addressing their needs and questions promptly.
Utilize chat and email to maintain customer relationships, encourage retention, and promote satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Access to a reliable device for internet, social media, and website chat functionality (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
Ability to work independently, following instructions and guidelines diligently.
Available to work 5 to 40 hours per week with a stable internet connection.
Skills/Background:
No prior experience needed; we provide full training.
Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
Location: Totally remote, candidates from the United States are preferred.
