Remote Full-time
Who we are:

Mini Musicians Studio is an online music school helping kids fall in love with learning guitar—through songs they actually love, character-building feedback, and a supportive studio community. We work with families across North America, offering high-quality online lessons that prioritize fun, confidence, and connection.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous teaching experience with young students in private and group settings
• Has an upbeat, energetic, engaging, and fun-focused teaching style
• Positive, can-do attitude, self-starter, high-energy personality
• Strong leadership & communication skills

Responsibilities would include...
• Planning and teaching engaging private and group music lessons (guitar, voice, and/or ukulele) for kids ages 8–12 via Zoom
• Using a mix of MMS curriculum and your own creative approaches to support skill-building and confidence
• Communicating clearly and professionally with families to provide updates, encouragement, and support
• Monitoring and responding to messages across email, Slack, and/or studio platforms daily
• Managing your teaching schedule reliably, including communicating any changes in availability
• Preparing students for optional showcases and participating in studio-wide events when needed
• Collaborating with studio leadership and contributing ideas for improving the student experience
