Online Fitness Coach for Remote Training Programs - Contract to Hire
We are looking for online personal trainers to join our team. This position allows you to work fully remote while helping clients achieve their fitness goals. You'll have access to pre-designed workouts and diet plans as references, while also having the flexibility to customize and tailor programs using Trainerize. What Makes This Role Unique: No lead generation required – clients are provided for you 100% remote Flexible training approach – customize workouts and coaching based on your approach Access to pre-designed training materials to fully equip you for the role Responsibilities: Provide daily support and motivation to clients through messaging Create and adapt personalized training programs Conduct virtual check-ins or live personal training sessions as needed Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure continued results Requirements: Fluent in English Certification in personal training, preferred Strong knowledge of exercise and nutrition Previous experience in personal training required Available to work during U.S. hours (ET, CT, PT) Willing to start at 25-30 hours per week, increasing to full-time (40 hours per week) after two weeks Apply tot his job
