JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-energy, engaging Remote Fitness Instructor to lead live online coaching sessions. This is a contractor role ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, coaching, and creating a positive client experience.
You will be coaching alongside a pre-recorded video demonstration, meaning you are not required to physically demonstrate every exercise in every class. This allows you to focus more on coaching, motivation, and client engagement rather than physical exertion.
Hiring decision will consider both candidate quality and best contract rate.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English
β’ Clear, confident, and easy-to-understand communication is required
Reliable High-Speed Internet
β’ Must support uninterrupted live video streaming
Modern Computer Setup
β’ Current-generation computer capable of running live video platforms smoothly (comparable to a gaming-class system)ξ
β’ High-quality webcam required
β’ Bluetooth or professional microphone required
Training Studio (room to broadcast from)
β’ Dedicated space with only white background (Spare room, garage, ...)
β’ Will need to add our logo to background or hang a banner
β’ Excellent lighting
Availability
β’ Must be available to teach classes starting at 7:00 AM Eastern Time (EST)
β’ Flexible schedule with ability to support multiple class times as needed
COACHING & PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS
Energetic and Positive Coaching Style (MOST IMPORTANT)
β’ Naturally motivating, upbeat, and encouraging
β’ Able to create an engaging and fun environment for participants
Exercise Knowledge
β’ Strong understanding of exercises and the muscle groups they impact
Professional Presence
β’ Confident on camera with strong interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Instructional Ability
β’ Clearly explains movements and proper form
β’ Able to coach, correct, and motivate participants of varying fitness levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Certification in personal training, group fitness, or related field (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
β’ Prior experience coaching live or virtual fitness sessions
β’ Experience with remote coaching platforms is a plus
AUDITION REQUIREMENT (Required for Consideration)

β’ - Pretend you are coaching a real person that is doing the exercise.
β’ - During your coaching session, pretend to spot a correction that needs adjustment. Also, demonstrate a modification of the exercise.
β’ - The video must show your full body, head to toe, while you are coaching. The video needs to be of you. There is no need to show the participant that is doing the exercise.

β’ Show-off your personality/style
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
