Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate event details alongside travel-related arrangements and scheduling
ā¢ Assist with organizing timelines, reservations, and logistics
ā¢ Communicate with clients to gather information and confirm plans
ā¢ Review and verify details to ensure accuracy and completeness
ā¢ Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
ā¢ Maintain organized records of client plans and coordination activities
Qualifications:
ā¢ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
ā¢ Comfortable using digital tools, email, and scheduling platforms
Preferred (Not Required)
ā¢ Experience in event coordination, travel planning, or customer service
ā¢ Interest in events, hospitality, or travel-related services
