Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events including webinars, conferences, workshops, and product launches.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all technical and logistical aspects are addressed.

Manage event registration, attendee communication, and provide live technical support during events.

Monitor virtual event platforms to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Assist in the development and distribution of event marketing materials and post-event surveys.

Analyze event performance data and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.

Maintain event calendars, budgets, and timelines to ensure all milestones are met.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in virtual event coordination or digital event management.

Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Hopin.
• *

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
