Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
Student Population: Adult learners
Job Type: Part-time | Remote
Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging ESL lessons to adult students using the provided curriculum.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain records of attendance and grades.
• Foster a positive and supportive online classroom environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ESL/TESOL or a related field (Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Modern Languages, English/Literature, Education).
• Current ESL/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
• Native or near-native English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of documented online ESL teaching experience with adult learners.
