Key Responsibilities
β’ Teach English to students of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners
β’ Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the students' individual learning needs
β’ Provide constructive feedback and help students improve their speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills
β’ Conduct lessons through online platforms (video conferencing, chat, etc.)
β’ Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
β’ Encourage students to engage actively in conversations and build confidence in using English
β’ Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
Qualifications & Requirements
β’ Native or fluent English speaker
β’ Previous teaching experience (teaching English as a second language or tutoring experience preferred, but not required)
β’ TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus, but not mandatory
β’ Strong communication skills and a patient, friendly teaching style
β’ Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs
β’ Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching space
β’ Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
β’ Must be available to work during flexible hours (depending on students' time zones)
