What we offer：
1. Pay Range: $14 to $25h
2. Additional Incentive Payments:
-Monthly bonus for April
You will get $0.5 for each class（25 mins） in one normal month
-Semester bonus
Semester Incentive= base (class numbers) X percentage (teacher levels)
You will get up to $7.2/h for semester bonus.
-Trial Class conversion bonus: 7 USD
Working hours: Minimum 6 peak hours per week
Available slots: Monday to Friday 17:00 to 21:00 Beijing time Saturday to Sunday 8:00am-21:00pm Beijing time

2. Hold a BA degree or above
3. Teaching certification is required (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/PGCE/Local teaching certificate/ etc.)
4. Internet speed requirement: upload≥3mbps; download:≥20mbps
（During BJT 19:00pm)
5. At least 1 year teaching experience
6. Non-criminal background check
