As a Tutor with Braintrust Tutors, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing high-quality interventions. Your role will involve working with students individually or in small groups during both daytime and after-school hours. What You'll Do:
Β Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to K-12th grade students.
Β Implement our intervention programs according to provided guidelines.
Β Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
Β Maintain detailed records of student performance and progress using our reporting platform.
Β Communicate regularly with our Operations team and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
Β What We're Looking For:
Β A background in Education or a related field.
Β BachelorΒs Degree in Education or related field.
Β Experience teaching/tutoring ELL students
Β Active or Expired Teaching License.
Β Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Β Reliable and punctual.
Β Experience working with K-8th grade students is a plus.
Β Proficient in video conferencing platforms and basic computer skills
Β Reliable wifi
