Duties

ā¢ Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support students in their learning journey.
ā¢ Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
ā¢ Collaborate with fellow educators to design instructional materials that enhance literacy education and math skills.
ā¢ Utilize knowledge of linguistics and instructional design to create effective teaching strategies.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.
ā¢ Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.

ā¢ Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain student records efficiently.
ā¢ Proficiency in tutoring techniques that enhance understanding of complex subjects such as math and literacy education.
