Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, or phone
- Assist customers with order placement, product recommendations, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Continuously adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools for customer support
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
