Ā Organizational skills to manage classroom activities, lesson plans, and student assessments efficiently.
Ā Patience and empathy to understand individual student needs and foster their growth.
Ā A degree from a recognized university is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in educational principles.
Ā Proficiency in technology tools that enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
