Job Description:

AGCO is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, with strong persuasion and project management skills...

Responsibilities:
- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
- Utilize knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
