Visteon is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support, resolving customer... inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat support
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Visa sponsorship available
