Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner
? Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any issues related to our products and services

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
? 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Tech-savvy with knowledge of chat platforms and the ability to multitask and navigate between different systems
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer needs
