Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any issues related to our products and services
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with knowledge of chat platforms and the ability to multitask and navigate between different systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer needs
