- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through online chat support
- Monitor chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to team members
- Analyze chat data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in online chat support management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems
