Role Description:
This is a part-time teleworking position for Online Chat Support Jobs. As a Chat Support employee, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, solving their problems, and ensuring that they have a successful experience. Qualifications:
Fluency in speaking and writing is mandatory as a live chat agent will have to engage in verbal as well as written communication with clients.
Problem-solving by means of analytical skills is one of the requirements that prospective applicants need to fulfill.
Conducting a fast efficient search of the internet to get the desired information is as well a part of the research skills that are needed to perform this task.
Short and helpful instruction developed (i.e. during onboarding and development sessions) is a part of what you might need the course to have.
Ability to work on a plethora of tasks and arranging them priority-wise are the required proficiencies of a potential candidate.
Past experience in service support over a conversation or through a web resource is not a necessity but it would be better if you have had it earlier.
