Job Summary:
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented professionals to join our Online Chat Support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through live chat, providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, and we will provide all the necessary equipment, including a headset and laptop, to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via live chat and email channels.

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status inquiries.

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Document customer interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills in English.
• *
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
• *
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat platforms or CRM tools.
• *
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• *
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company guidelines.
• Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or online chat support will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours:

Flexible shifts available (Full-time and Part-time options).

Candidates must be available to work during peak business hours, including weekends or evenings if required.

Good typing speed (minimum 30-40 WPM).
