Online Chat Support Assistant
Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, as well as demonstrate emotional intelligence and teamwork skills.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
