Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pro Financial Health products and services.
Ensure all communication and transactions are recorded following company policy and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment.
Superior written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
