Document customer interactions accurately in our database for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
Handle outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
Assist with data entry tasks as needed to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Provide support for cash handling processes when applicable.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and using chat support software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
