What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation and service inquiries
• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
• Build relationships with new customers to understand and fulfill their needs
• Respond accurately and concisely to customer questions, requests, and problems
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to different personalities
