Online Chat Representative
## Overview We are seeking a dynamic Online Chat Representative to join our team. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers through online chat platforms. ## Duties - Engage with customers via online chat to provide support and assistance - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy - Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate - Perform data entry accurately and efficiently during chat sessions - Maintain a high level of customer service while multitasking between chat conversations ## Requirements - Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling - Ability to effectively communicate and convey information in a clear manner - Prior experience in customer service or sales roles preferred - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries - Multilingual abilities are... advantageous for this role
