We are seeking an Online Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Online Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat services.
Duties
Communicate with customers via online chat to address inquiries and provide assistance
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Utilize excellent phone etiquette when necessary
Assist customers with sales inquiries and product information
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Provide top-notch customer service and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
Proficient in English with excellent written communication skills
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Prior experience in customer support or a call center is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
Familiarity with sales processes is beneficial
