Skills
Ā Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Ā Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly desirable.
Ā Strong analytical skills to assess customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Ā Proficient in using computer systems and chat software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity in responses.
Ā Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
