As an Online Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat services. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries promptly and professionally.
Duties
- Engage with customers via online chat to provide support and answer inquiries
- Utilize proper phone etiquette in written communication
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers in multiple languages, including Spanish if bilingual
- Provide client services and sales support through chat interactions
Qualifications
- Proficient in written communication
- Ability to multitask and navigate between different chat conversations
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
