In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via online chat platforms, answering their queries and guiding them through our products and services. You will play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time via online chat platforms
Guide customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience as an Online Chat Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems
Excellent typing skills and ability to maintain accuracy while chatting
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
