Tasks
Responsibilities & Tasks
Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time commitment and you choose when and from where you work).
Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Training and scripts are provided)
Support and coach new business owners in order to be successful
Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
Participate in weekly training & development streams for up-skilling via Zoom
Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
Attend training calls for further Personal Growth
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self-employed
Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e. g. Facebook, Xing, Linkedin)
Good communication skills
Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset)
Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable and organized
Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
