The Online Billing Supervisor position is the key check point within the company to ensure all invoices are delivered to our customers for Accounts Receivable to receive payment.Company Benefits

Processes daily invoices prepared by Billing team via email, customer platform or mail
Trains and quality checks the Online Billing Specialists
Prepares and processes consolidated invoices
Helps maintain the Online Issue Log
Problem solves with the appropriate party to resolve online issues
Performs checks to find resolved issues and verify all invoices are accounted for
Completes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert manner
Upholds Company policies and procedures
Works in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public
Other related job duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
Delivers value-added results by effectively delegating tasks, managing performance, and training and developing employees in the following positions:

Qualifications
Excellent computer proficiency
Excellent ability to learn software
Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer proficiency
50+ WPM typing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals
Organized detailed and self-motivated
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Works well in a team environment as well as independently
Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time
Must be able to work overtime, as needed
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.
Prior Billing-related experience preferred.
Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred
Physical Requirements
Continuously able to work in office environment
Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer
Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking
Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
Rarely requires climbing
Other requirements:
May be required to use personal smartphone with a camera capable of reading a QR code for 2 factor authentication
