Provide early and professional customer aid through chat

Following document interactions and communication processes accurately
Complete the display and productivity standards set by the team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy
Reliable internet connection and a cool workspace
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work as part of a virtual team
Availability for evening, weekend, and holidays as required
