- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
#### Requirements:
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role, preferably in an online or retail environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with navigating online systems and tools.
