OneTrust /Data Privacy Consultant(Remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of data privacy solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Oversee the assessment of data privacy risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Provide expertise in Data Privacy Functional Data Privacy Assessment and Data Privacy Foundation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data privacy solutions into existing systems. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with data privacy regulations. • Develop and maintain documentation related to data privacy policies and procedures. • Support the implementation and management of OneTrust for data privacy management. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data privacy needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Ensure that data privacy solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing regulatory requirements. • Provide training and support to team members on data privacy best practices. • Monitor industry trends and updates in data privacy regulations to ensure the company remains compliant. • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to address data privacy concerns and incidents. • Contribute to the development of a data privacy culture within the organization. Requirements • Possess strong expertise in Data Privacy Functional Data Privacy Assessment and Data Privacy Foundation. • Have experience with OneTrust for data privacy management. • Demonstrate knowledge of Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance domains. • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. • Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating data privacy risks. • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
