Most reps run 3–4 high-quality Zoom demos per day with warm, pre-qualified prospects. This is a proven system designed for performance-driven closers who are ready to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Running 3–4 Zoom demos daily with motivated prospects
• Leading consultative, value-based conversations (no hype or pressure)
• Following a structured 1–2 call close process
• Attending one daily team sync (1 hour)
• Logging light pipeline activity (20–30 min/day)
What We’re Looking For:
• A full-time closer ready to go all in on one offer
• Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
• A clear communicator with a disciplined remote work ethic
• Comfortable in performance-based compensation model
• Bonus: Background in real estate or digital marketing sales
Compensation & Growth:
• 35% commissions on setup fees collected
• 12.5% monthly recurring revenue from every client you close
• Average closer adds $200–$300/month in new residuals
• These stack over time—many build $50K+ in annual residual income
• Bonuses for fast ramping and high performance
• Weekly payouts with full transparency
• Training completion bonus available for fast starters
• Top performers consistently earn $20K+/month
