The Onboarding Specialist will provide personalized virtual follow-ups to customers, ensuring they understand how to effectively use their purchased products while managing multiple projects and maintaining accountability throughout the onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesManage the customers' Getting Started JourneyOwn the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understandingAssist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s)Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started JourneyManage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teamsSkills1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practicesAbility to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are metOrganization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goalsA strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import filesFoundational understanding of data migration processes1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboardingExperience with Bloomerang productsExperience with supporting nonprofit organizationsExperience with supporting nonprofit CRM solutionsBenefitsHealth + WellnessTime Off401kEquipmentCompany OverviewBloomerang is the Giving Platform built for purpose, trusted by 24,000+ nonprofits to raise more funds, retain more supporters, and create lasting change.
