Best Workplace awardee.What we are looking for:We are looking for a highly organised and process-driven Onboarding Program Manager to lead the structured execution of customer onboarding programs from deal close through deployment and adoption.What you will be doing:In this role, you will coordinate onboarding projects across multiple customer segments (Tier 0–Tier 3), ensuring milestones are delivered on time, documentation is maintained, and internal teams remain aligned throughout the onboarding journey.Your work will enable Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on strategic advisory and adoption outcomes while you manage the operational execution layer of onboarding.This is an execution focused role centered on project coordination, process consistency, and cross functional collaboration. You’ll play a key part in shaping a seamless onboarding experience that sets our customers up for long-term success.You will be responsible for:Program & Project CoordinationManage onboarding programs from deal close through deployment, ensuring milestones are delivered on scheduleMaintain structured project plans, task tracking, and status reportingMonitor risks, dependencies, and delays, escalating where necessaryCoordinate onboarding across Customer Success, Technical Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teamSales → Customer Success HandoverCoordinate the structured Sales-to-CS handover processEnsure complete knowledge transfer prior to onboarding kick-offValidate that onboarding inputs are captured, including:Customer stakeholders and contactsAccount structure and hierarchyDeployment scope and integration requirementsTechnical prerequisites and constraintsMaintain standardized handover documentation and templatesProcess Management & ToolingMaintain Salesforce and CS platform hygiene, including onboarding milestones and progress trackingSet up and manage collaboration workspaces (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Ensure onboarding documentation is centrally stored and version controlledMeeting & Workshop CoordinationCoordinate onboarding meetings including:Deployment sessionsUpgrade planningSIEM integrationsForest Recovery Test coordinationDocument outcomes and track follow-up actionsProcess Improvement & ScaleIdentify opportunities to standardise onboarding workflows across customer tiersMaintain structured onboarding templates and milestone frameworksEmbed key adoption checkpoints into onboarding programsCustomer Success SupportSupport CSMs during onboarding with coordination, scheduling, and milestone trackingMaintain onboarding dashboards and success plansTrack adoption-readiness checkpoints and flag risksCustomer Health Checks & Voice of Customer (VoC)Manage health check workflows and data collectionConsolidate insights for Customer Success leadershipCoordinate VoC surveys and reportingDocumentation & Playbook ManagementMaintain onboarding playbooks and documentation including:Hardening guidesCustomer questionnairesEnvironment validation checklistsSIEM integration prerequisitesDeployment and recovery testing documentationEnsure all materials are current, structured, and version controlledWhat you will bring to the table:Required2–3 years of experience in onboarding coordination, project management, or similar roles within SaaS or enterprise softwareProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teamsStrong skills in milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency coordinationExceptional organization and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platformsA structured, process-oriented mindsetPreferredExperience working with CS, Technical Delivery or Professional Services teamsExposure to identity security, Active Directory, Entra ID, or cybersecurity environmentsExperience supporting onboarding across multiple customer segmentsWhy Join Semperis?
