About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking SEO Specialist with a deep understanding of on-page SEO, data analysis, and performance-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience optimizing websites for search engines, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO, data-driven decision-making, and the use of advanced AI keyword tools. An understanding of evolving SEO and digital marketing trends, particularly in SaaS and other B2B sectors, is critical. This role requires high critical thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Conduct structured keyword research and trend analysis to build targeted strategies for key audience segments in SaaS and other high-growth industries.
On-Page SEO Optimization: Conduct comprehensive on-page audits, optimize meta tags, headers, content, internal linking, and overall site structure to improve search engine rankings.
Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and schema markup implementation.
Data-Driven Strategy: Use data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CallRail, and other advanced SEO tools to inform and refine SEO strategies.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Utilize advanced AI-driven keyword research tools to identify high-value keywords, track performance, and optimize content accordingly.
Performance SEO: Focus on driving measurable results, including organic traffic growth, improved conversion rates, and higher rankings for target keywords.
Critical Thinking: Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to enhance website performance and user experience.
Trend Monitoring & Predictive Analysis: Stay on top of industry shifts and emerging tools, applying predictive analytics and current trends to inform strategy.
Competitor & Market Research: Perform regular audits of competitor content and SEO performance to find opportunities, gaps, and trends that can drive strategic adjustments.
Project Management: Manage SEO projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed SEO performance reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve site performance.
Collaboration Across Channels: Work closely with content, paid media, and social teams to integrate SEO insights into broader marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
Funnel Analysis & Conversion Optimization: Evaluate SEO’s role in the broader marketing funnel to increase conversions and support revenue-driving strategies.
Cross-Sector Application: Apply SEO strategies effectively across SaaS, healthcare, professional services, and other verticals to tailor campaigns to specific user intents and business goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in on-page SEO with a strong understanding of technical SEO.
Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CallRail, and other advanced SEO tools.
Proven ability to identify trends and adapt strategies across industries, especially within the SaaS ecosystem, will be an advantage.
Experience with AI-driven keyword research tools and data analysis.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic growth.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
