On-Boarding Admin Support Associate (Temp)-FlexStaff
About the position
This position will be supporting our onboarding team. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pay Rate: $25/hour Location: Remote, with exception of onsite trainings and meetings in Lake Success Performs diversified administrative support, coordinative and/or secretarial duties related to the functional and/or operational needs of department and Department Head.
Responsibilities
⢠Guiding candidates through the onboarding steps, collecting and reviewing documents, coordinating trainings and clearances, ensuring all candidates meet the requirements
⢠Composes confidential correspondence, reports, memoranda, and related documents.
⢠Schedules appointments and meetings.
⢠Makes necessary arrangements for meetings.
⢠Takes meeting minutes, as required.
⢠Performs various receptionist and registration duties.
⢠Compiles and analyzes basic information and prepares statistical data for reporting purposes.
⢠Prepares presentation materials.
⢠Creates charts, graphs, tables, graphics, etc.
⢠Maintains department supply and equipment inventory.
⢠Performs research for special projects, as assigned.
⢠Performs related duties, as required.
Requirements
⢠Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, solution oriented, tech savy and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with candidates and team members
⢠High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
⢠0-1 year administrative experience, required.
⢠Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required.
⢠Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
⢠Ability to communicate effectively.
