Job Description The Omnichannel Sales Associate is responsible for driving remote sales from the Jimmy Fairly headquarters. Your Missions: Customers outreach: contacting customers to offer and schedule appointments in one of our 30 stores in the UK Store Coordination: Acting as the primary link with retail teams to ensure seamless appointment management. Performance Tracking: Monitoring remote sales activities and identifying ways to optimize them. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Retail teams (pre-sales support), Customer Care (after-sales support), and Digital teams (optimizing CRM touchpoints). You will build genuine relationships with customers to provide the highest level of service and experience. Your #1 priority will be ensuring daily customer satisfaction. Fluent English is required; native or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
