Oklahoma Experienced Remote Probate Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Our firm is searching for an experienced, and conscientious part-time ,Remote , Probate Law Paralegal/legal assistant who is an independent contractor with at least six (6) years of Actual experience regarding contested, and uncontested Oklahoma Probate Cases. PLEASE do not apply if you do not have at least six (6) years of ACTUAL experience , specifically regarding contested, and uncontested Oklahoma Probate Cases.
Responsibilities
• Conscientiously draft, review, an d organize legal documents, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assist in preparing for litigation by managing case files, exhibits, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards in all tasks.
• Occasionally utilize legal research tools such for case preparation.
• Occasionally conduct thorough legal research and case management for assigned cases/clients.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour
