About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Offsite Email Chat Support Specialist. As part of our Administrative department, you will work full-time on an hourly basis, providing outstanding support to our customers through email and chat. This role is ideal for someone who excels at written communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service in English.
What You'll Do
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Assist customers in resolving product or service-related questions and concerns.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high standard of written communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve the customer support process.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide reliable support.
• Adhere to established work schedules and productivity targets, consistently meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
• Fluent in written English with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Proven experience in email or chat-based customer support roles, preferably in an administrative or related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
• Proficiency in using customer support software, email platforms, and chat tools.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in an offsite/remote capacity.
• High-speed Internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform duties efficiently.
• Availability for full-time work with flexible scheduling as required.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.
